Veritas: Chef Mathis Stitt is offering three Valentine’s specials. Dinner features fresh oysters; beet salad with berries and bacon; lobster bisque; butternut tortellini; and a choice of beef tenderloin, rack of lamb, or pan-roasted fish. Each comes with a pair of decadent desserts. The dinner is $95 per person and an additional $50 for an exclusive wine pairing from Maison Louis Latour Winery, France’s oldest producers of world class wines. The takeout dinner includes tomato bacon marinara with a baguette, beet salad, pickled shrimp salad, beef tenderloin, and a chocolate dessert; it is $130 for two and another $60 for a wine pairing.
