New Year’s Bootcamp – Sunday, January 18-February 12
Yangon Yoga House’s 4-week bootcamp started January 18, but you can still catch up with all of their exercises designed to fire up your core, improve cardiovascular ability and sculpt lean muscles. Delivered through a combination of livestream Zoom and pre-recorded videos, each class includes a fun and diverse blend of body weight and plyometric HIIT exercises combined with yoga-inspired movements that will leave you feeling sweaty, strong, and accomplished. Classes are recorded and can be accessed throughout the month.
