Kalea Bay, the luxury residential high-rise community located on Vanderbilt Drive, just north of Wiggins Pass Road in North Naples, has reported its third tower has surpassed the 50 percent sold mark.

Each floor plan, following an open-concept design, allows the living, dining and kitchen areas to spill out onto an expansive lanai, creating a true outdoor living room.

The spa will include treatment rooms while locker facilities and a large cardio and free weight area are also planned.” The start of construction on the Wellness Center is anticipated to begin in early 2021 and take between 12 and 16 months to complete.
