Celebrate Valentine’s Day at the contemporary Argentinian restaurant FIRE and Japanese-Peruvian sumiyaki bar and grill FLNT with Fire’s IRE’S DÍA DE SAN VALENTÍN 5-course menu ($198++/person) for dinner on 13-14 February.
Fire is centred around the sacred ritual of asado with a variety of Argentine wood-fired cooking techniques, using a curated selection of apple, oak and almond woods. Begin with the Crudi Di Mare, a sharing selection of fresh raw fish, seafood and 50g Oscietra Caviar; followed by the Granchio, a crab salad featuring prized Kegani or Horse Hair crab, complemented with fresh avocado, flavourful tomato gelatine and refreshing cucumber sorbet. Savour the Funghi E Tartufo, a porcini mushroom-flan crowned with other mushroom varieties like morel, oyster, chanterelle, and shaved winter black truffles.
