RED BANK, NJ – The “Pizza Pope” of New York is back in the Garden State, thanks to a special partnership with a Red Bank eatery.
Anthony Mangieri, the creative force behind New York City-based Una Pizza Napoletana, will be debuting a new four-course crossover menu on June 16-17 in partnership with Red Bank restaurant Birravino.
The pop-up will be hosted at Birravino, featuring wines and ingredients from the organic farm Feudo Montoni in Cammarata, Sicily. Menu items include a Sicilian-style salad, unique pasta combinations and a decadent Italian cheesecake with wine pairing options (see full menu below).
The first iteration of the pop-up ran for one weekend in March focusing on pizza and related fare.
A ticket to the event is $99 per person with wine pairings, $79 without. The specialty menu is available for dine-in only and for parties of up to 4 people. Advance reservations are recommended, as there will only be a small number of walk-in slots available. Reservations can be made at this link.
Birravino is located at 183 Riverside Ave. in Red Bank. Hours are noon to 10 p.m. on June 16 to 17.
