Parmeson Wine Tasting at Mutiny Wine Room
Mutiny Wine Room is featuring a Parmeson wine flight throughout the month of February and will kick-off the featured wine flight with a special tasting with winemaker Tom Parmeson on February 4th. Tom will be on-hand from 4:00pm – 8:00pm to talk about the wine being poured.
Cost – $20 per person
Mutiny Wine Room is the brainchild of husband/wife team Mark Ellenberger and Emily Trout, whose love affair with Napa Valley spurred the longtime Heights residents to create a true taste of California wine country in Texas. In Mutiny’s Tasting Room, guests enjoy the authentic wine country tasting experience with Mutiny wine stewards who guide guests through a flight of wines from a featured boutique winery new to the Houston market or a specially-curated educational wine flight designed to enhance their knowledge and palate.

ABOUT PERMESON WINES
We make elegant and refined wines that enable the unique characteristics of the terroir, or place they are from, to come through. The wines have a nice acidity and can pair perfectly with food, and are also great on their own. Our style in the winemaking process is a “hands off” approach. When you work with excellent grapes, there is less meddling required in the winemaking process; the wines are more complex and the specific flavors of the vineyard site are able to come through. Parmeson Wines is a small family business based on good old-fashioned principles. We focus on producing handcrafted, premium wines in small lots. We base our business on longstanding relationships with exceptional growers. We produce a small number of cases of each wine, allowing us to maintain a high level attention to detail and relentless focus on quality.
