The restaurant is offering a $180 special mise en place menu for two that includes lobster bisque, lobster salad and grapefruit emulsion; a choice of thyme-cured tenderloin of beef or steelhead trout with preserved meyer lemon; Brussels sprouts and roasted Jerusalem artichokes; and coeur de Neufchatel for dessert.
