May is a beautiful month to visit the scenic Finger Lakes wine region. And with more and more people being fully vaccinated, Mother’s Day (Sunday, May 9) may be a nice time to venture out of the house and take a road trip.
Know that COVID precautions will still be in place. You’ll need to wear a mask unless seated at a table or actively participating in tastings. And the number of visitors is limited, so most wineries and restaurants are requiring (or strongly encouraging) reservations.
Here’s a sampling of possibilities for treating the Moms in your life to an idyllic day.
